Ahh yes, it’s nearly the weekend, and I have not looked forward to the weekend this much in quite a while. It’s going to be a nice long weekend, given I’m off Friday until Tuesday, and the weather is also set to be very good for the weekend too, which will be great.

Yesterday was absolutely amazing, I had the day off, and went shopping for the wedding in Scotland in a few weeks. Got everything I wanted, thanks in no small part to the folks helping me to choose! It always helps to have an experienced eye there! Just lazed about Dublin for the day then before heading home to the garden for a brew or two.

Found out today that one of my best pal’s here in work got a promotion which I’m delighted about, he thoroughly deserves the break, and it’s great to see people getting new jobs again, after there being no movement on the job front for so long!

Anyways, I’m away to finish my ice cream…
