So far, the Easter break has been great, grand and relaxing, and I have to say it seems to be going on and on which is a good thing. I haven’t had this much time off in quite a while and I’m loving every minute of it.

Friday gave me a chance to go and get the hair cut which I haven’t had time to do in ages, then I went and met up with a few pals and we went out for a drive in the sunshine. The weather was amazing, and we ended up walking along Howth pier, which despite the gusty wind was amazingly warm for this time of year. Lay out in the sun for a while eating ice cream before heading home for a BBQ.

Yesterday I was up early(ish) to go collect the gardner, and just spent the day pottering about the garden soaking up the sunshine yet again. Although, there was a breeze out yesterday that would cut through you if you wandered out into it. Mom also booked a holiday for us, and I’ve decided to go with them. We’re away in early June, flying down to Nice and driving down the coast to the Italian Riveria. It also happens to be the weekend that the Monacan Grand Prix is on, so I’m trying to organise getting along to the race as well. Went out to a BBQ yesterday evening and out to the pub for a wee while after.

Today it’s just going to be a lazy one, got up in time to watch the Grand Prix, went for a wee walk, and I’m about to sit down for some champagne in the sun before tucking into a nice Easter Dinner, ah yes, the tough life that I have!!!
