Taking a nice well deserved break (if I do say so myself) for the next few days, and don’t plan on being online too much (ok, so I will need my fix at some stage, but you know what I mean!).

Are they really talking about poo on the Late Late show…hmmm, last thing I need to hear about at this hour of the evening!

I am slightly more heartned having read some responses to my thread on dpreview.com about NY-Camera. If they are to be believed, the international sales manager has been on vacation and is returning this Monday, which could mean that orders will begin being processed (and telephones and emails answered!). I wait with much expectation!

Finally I have sold my wee Punto, which has been for sale for the past 9 months. Bit like having a baby really, but at least it’s gone now, even at quite a hefty knock in the wrong direction to my bank balance!

I happened upon the websites of the Dublin Camera Club, and consequently, a link to the Drogheda Camera Club (my local town). I must give these a proper read later on and see what’s to be seen, and possibly meet up with these guys at some stage soon.

The Photoshop Book for Digital Photographers by Scott Kelby has just arrived on my desk.
