DjMagra’s stuff ‘n’ stuff

I went to see After the Sunset with Mom and Barry last night. We were at a loose end for something to do, and Mom suggested the cinema, so, I agreed. I haven’t been keeping tracks of what’s on at the moment, but, she said that she had heard of After the Sunset and being a Pierce Brosnan fan, wanted to go see it.

So, away we went, knowing nothing about it, and I have to say it was really, really good. There’s lots of humour, action and funny quirks, the sequence where he steals the diamond is loaded with suspense, and there’s a great twist at the end. Pierce, Salma Hayek (yum!) and Woody Harrelson are all well known faces, however, the other main actress was someone I recognised, but, couldn’t place! It turns out, she’s Naomie Harris, who people who’ve read here before, know I love from one of my favourite films 28 Days Later. What really threw me was probably her really good Carribean accent, instead of her London accent in 28 Days!
