No no, get those scary images out of your head, I’m not talking about RTE Radio One, I’m talking about BBC Radio 1. I’ve been listening to the Radio 1 stream quite a bit of late, and have been really enjoying it. Today is Red Nose Day and in order to get behind the bid [...]

I’ve just realised that my good friend Matt has his own blog (as do so many people nowadays really!). That’s another one to add to the blogroll, I know Matt hangs around here quite a bit (hi Matt), it’s a pity I didn’t discover this sooner (thanks for telling me!).

I needed just a bit of stimulation before heading to bed (easy tiger!!) and I just wondered, does he and my oh my am I very suprised and most delighted by the fact that he does. Ok, ok, I’m being very cryptic, for a very many reasons tonight, but, reading back on this, that could [...]

I wonder will it happen, all the signs are pointing that way alright, should make for an interesting few hours dreaming tomorrow if it does! UPDATE: Yup, it happened, and am I smiling!

This has been doing the rounds in the papers today, and I think it’s a really, really neat idea. RateMyTeachers.ie is something along the lines of other Rate My …. sites on the net, but this time it’s Ireland specific and allows pupils to log in and rate their teachers. Ok, it has a flaw [...]

Ok, here’s one for the lads. And following on from a discussion between Donncha and I recently, is sure to lead to a bit of extra traffic toward this site. I see that Britney Spears has decided to go topless in a photoshoot for US magazine Allure. Apparently she will appear topless, wearing just a [...]

I was away up north for a wedding at the weekend, and decided to top up the sterling funds in Beleek, Co. Fermanagh, a town which straddles the border between the Republic and Northern Ireland. Now, I’m no stranger to crossing the border and spending money in the North, but, I am rather shocked and [...]
