DjMagra’s stuff ‘n’ stuff

I am looking for some decent photo-management software for Windows. Preferebly, I need something that will take photo’s from the camera, allow me to give them a title, and it automatically arranges them into folders on my HDD. I need to be able to tag them and rate them also, to make things easy to find in the future.

I am currently using Picasa, but, it’s not quite knocking the socks off me. Apple’s Aperture looks great, but, out of the running for now as I don’t have a mac, so, any other thoughts / ideas?

I am going to do a comparison between Adobe Bridge (as shipped with Photoshop CS2) and ACDSee 8 which has been suggested to me over on DPReview
